You can't really play 8 Ball Pool offline on PC, it's an online multiplayer game. Try Miniclip's other pool games for offline play!

Hey, what worked for me was downloading an Android emulator (like NoxPlayer), installing the 8 Ball Pool APK, and then switching to offline mode. Simple as that!
