Easy peasy! Just start by opening Steam and clicking on 'Steam' in the top left corner, then go to 'Settings' > 'Account' and check if 'Don't save account credentials on this computer' is unchecked. After that, go to 'Offline Mode' in the menu and click 'Restart in Offline Mode.' Bam! You're set to game on without an internet connection.
