Technically, you can't play a game you bought on Steam without using the Steam client because it's a part of their DRM (Digital Rights Management). However, some games might have a DRM-free version available elsewhere, or you could look for games that offer standalone installers from the developers' own websites. Always make sure to support the developers!

No can do, buddy. Steam games need the Steam client because that's how the platform works. It's like trying to drive a car without the keys. But hey, the Steam client is free and pretty handy for managing your game library, so it's not all bad!

Just crack it, lol. But seriously, don鈥檛. Piracy hurts the gaming industry, including the developers who work hard to create the games we love. Plus, using Steam means updates and multiplayer features work seamlessly. It's worth sticking to the rules.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
