You can't. Emblems aren't cards you play. They're the result of planeswalker abilities. Once you've got an emblem, it's game on with its effect until the match ends.

Actually, you can't play an emblem like you play other cards in MTG. Emblems are created by the effects of certain planeswalker abilities. So, when a planeswalker ability says to create an emblem, you just put the emblem into the command zone. It stays there, applying its effect for the rest of the game, and there's no way to get rid of it unless the ability specifically says so. It's kind of like an invisible, indestructible badge of honor (or doom, depending on which side of the table you're on).

Emblems are more like achievements that you unlock through specific planeswalker abilities. Once you've got one, its effects are with you for the duration of the game. No playing involved, just strategic earning.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
