Naval Battles mode is the way to go. Pick a boat, deploy, and enjoy the waves!
Once you're in the game, hit the Naval Battles tab, select a ship, and get ready to sail. Easy breezy!
From my experience, when you enter the main menu, click on Naval Battles. Choose your nation, research some vessels, and then start your sea adventures!
You just need to choose Naval Battles from the game modes and pick your ship. It's that simple!
