Unfortunately, Onaga isn't a playable character in Mortal Kombat Unchained on PSP. You can face him as a boss in the game, but you can't select him on the character screen.

You can't play as Onaga in MK Unchained PSP, sorry. No secret cheat or unlock for him either.

Yeah, you can't play as Onaga in the PSP version. He's strictly a boss character you get to fight. Bummer, right?
