Just got done tweaking my PS5 settings for this. Go into 'Settings' > 'Sound' > 'Audio Output' and under 'Output to Headphones' chose 'All Audio.' Then make sure the 'Output Device' is set to your TV.

To play audio through both your headset and TV on PS5, go to 'Settings' > 'Sound' > 'Audio Output' and set 'Output Device' to 'TV' and then toggle 'Output to Headphones' to 'All Audio.'

You can鈥檛 really do that easily without an external audio splitter. PS5 doesn鈥檛 natively support dual audio output.
