Start by understanding the basics. Disruption missions involve protecting conduits from enemies while defending key carriers. Bring a tanky Warframe like Gara or Frost to protect the conduits, and a DPS Warframe like Saryn or Mesa to take down enemies quickly. Always stay vigilant for Demolysts; they're the main threat!
Get yourself a Warframe with crowd control abilities. Vauban works wonders with his traps, and Nidus can be very effective too. Keep those Demolysts off the conduits!
