I've been playing Dokkan Battle on PC for a while now. I recommend BlueStacks. It’s smooth and lets you map the controls pretty well.

Easy peasy! Just download an Android emulator like BlueStacks or NoxPlayer. Install the emulator, search for Dokkan Battle on the Google Play Store within the emulator, and you're good to go!
