Whether you're on iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch, your vault's progress sticks to the device you started on. So, no, you can't manage your vault on your phone, then pick up where you left off on your console or PC. Each platform is its own little post-apocalyptic island.

No cross-play in the wasteland, folks. Fallout Shelter runs independently on each platform, so your vault lives and dies on whatever device you build it on. Keep those dwellers happy in their respective device-based vaults!
Actually, keeping your vaults separate on each device might just double your post-apocalyptic fun. Twice the vaults, twice the management challenges!
