Unfortunately, you need PlayStation Plus for online multiplayer in For Honor on PS4. Your best bet is to grab a free trial or look for discount deals for PS Plus.

I tried playing For Honor without PS Plus, but it wouldn't let me join online matches. Ended up subscribing to keep playing with friends!

Sadly, For Honor's online multiplayer requires PlayStation Plus on PS4. Check out single-player modes or couch co-op games for some PS Plus-free fun!
