Jumping straight into the action with a buddy in GTA 5 on PS4 isn't as straightforward as pressing a button, sadly, 'cause the game doesn't support traditional split-screen co-op within its main storyline. But, don't toss your controller out the window just yet! You can team up online in GTA Online, where you can wreak havoc across Los Santos together. Just make sure both of you have a PSN account and an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Then, one of you invites the other to a session, and bam, you鈥檙e in it together!
Actually tried this with a friend thinking we could do split-screen like in the old days. Nope, not happening. We ended up playing online which was still a blast. So yeah, GTA Online is your best bet for causing trouble together on PS4.
