Just head to the Options menu in Slime Rancher, then Graphics. You'll find the option to switch to Windowed Fullscreen there!

Easy peasy! Go to Options > Graphics, and then select 'Borderless Window' mode!

From experience, pop open the game settings, navigate to Graphics, and choose 'Windowed Fullscreen' or 'Borderless Window' - both work great!
