You can't play League of Legends directly on the Steam Deck, but you can run it through Lutris or install Windows on your Deck and then use the Riot Games launcher.

Install Lutris and Wine on the Steam Deck, then use Lutris to run the Riot Games launcher and install League of Legends.

Just install Windows on the Steam Deck and use the Riot Games client. It works, but it鈥檚 a bit of a hassle.
