How to play local multiplayer on Terraria
Playing local multiplayer in Terraria is pretty straightforward but depends a bit on your platform. If you're on PC, one player hosts the game by selecting 'Host & Play' from the multiplayer menu, then the other players on the same network can join by choosing 'Join via IP' and entering the host's local IP address. For consoles and mobile, make sure all devices are connected to the same WiFi network. Then, one player hosts the game and it should appear in the others' multiplayer game list. Happy building and adventuring together!

Just make sure everyone's on the SAME WiFi, then host and join. Easy peasy.
Honestly, local multiplayer in Terraria is overrated. Just play online for the real fun.
