Just grab your PS4 controller and your Vita, cuz it's game time! First, make sure both your PS4 and Vita are updated and you've got Helldivers installed on both. Then, on your PS4, launch Helldivers and choose the local co-op option. On your Vita, search for the PS4 game session via the Remote Play feature. Boom, you're in! Now you can dive into alien-infested planets together, with the PS4 player enjoying the big screen and the Vita player joining the fray right beside them.

Honestly, Helldivers on PS4 and Vita locally is a blast. Me and my bro play all the time. Vita as a second screen works surprisingly well, makes for some intense couch co-op sessions. Just make sure your internet connection is solid, or you might face some annoying lag.
