You can play Mario 64 on your Xbox Series X by using the RetroArch emulator. Just install RetroArch through Developer Mode on the console and load the game ROM. Happy gaming!

It's actually pretty simple. Get RetroArch through the Xbox Developer Mode, then load up the Mario 64 ROM. You're in for a nostalgia trip!

Not officially possible. Mario 64 is a Nintendo title, so you'll need a Nintendo console for the legit experience. Sorry not sorry!
