You can play Modern Warfare on Steam Deck by installing the Battle.net launcher through SteamOS. Just add the Battle.net installer as a non-Steam game and then run it to install the launcher. From there, install Modern Warfare and you're good to go!

I did this last week! All you need to do is download Battle.net, add it to Steam as a non-Steam game, and then install Modern Warfare through Battle.net.
