You can't. Mortal Kombat Mobile doesn't have a direct friend vs friend option right now.

Easy peasy! Just head to the Battle Mode and select 'Versus' to challenge your friend. You both need to be online at the same time, and make sure you've added each other in the game. Happy fighting!

To play with a friend, you need to both be online and go to Battle Mode. Then select 'Versus' and send an invite. Boom, instant duel!
