To play multiplayer in Super Mario Galaxy, connect a second Wii Remote and press any button to activate Co-Star Mode. Player 2 will control a star cursor to collect and shoot Star Bits, freeze enemies, and help Mario navigate the levels. It's not full co-op, but it's still a blast!

I used to play with my sibling all the time. Just connect another Wii Remote, and Player 2 uses the star cursor to assist you!
