Unfortunately, NCAA 14 isn't backward compatible on Xbox One. Maybe consider a college football game that's available on Xbox One?

From my experience, the best way to play NCAA 14 on Xbox One is using an Xbox 360 through HDMI pass-through on the Xbox One. It's not ideal, but it works!
