Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but NFS Underground 2 isn't backward compatible on Xbox One. Maybe EA will hear our cries and remaster it someday!

You can't play NFS Underground 2 directly on Xbox One as it isn't supported. But hey, there's always Xbox Game Pass with tons of other racing games!
