To play Party Animals split screen on Xbox, just start the game and have your friends connect their controllers. Once everyone's connected, choose the local multiplayer option and you're all set!
Just did this yesterday! Sync all your controllers to the Xbox, load up Party Animals, hit the main menu, and press A on each controller to join.
Not sure why you'd want to share the fun! But if you insist, press A on the main menu with each controller.
Make sure all controllers are synced with the Xbox, then go to the main menu of Party Animals and press A to add players.
