Actually, you can play the original Plants vs Zombies game without an EA account if you get the game on platforms like Steam or grab the old PC/Mac versions. These versions are usually a one-time purchase. Just install and play, no login needed!

You just need to find the version that isn't tied to EA's system. Older console versions for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, or even the Nintendo DS don't require an EA account.

Honestly, EA account or not, PvZ is worth the hassle. Best plant-zombie action you'll find.

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
