I tried it once, but Niantic's anti-cheat systems can detect Nox pretty easily. You're better off playing on your phone!
From my experience: use an older version of Nox, set up a stable GPS location, and make sure to calibrate your movement settings. It's risky, but it can work.
Use older versions of Nox and Pokémon GO APKs, configure your GPS to simulate walking, and pray Niantic doesn't catch you!
