As of now, there's no official way to play PS3 games directly on an iPhone. Maybe just stick to mobile games!

You can't play PS3 games directly on an iPhone. You might have some luck using remote play with a PS3 and a PlayStation app, but it's not perfect.

I've tried using remote play with my PS3 and an iPhone, but the experience is quite laggy and not really enjoyable. Best to play PS3 games on the actual console.

Considering hardware limitations, the best bet would be cloud gaming services, but PS3 games specifically aren't supported on iPhone.
