You can't play PS3 games directly on PPSSPP. PPSSPP is a PSP emulator, not a PS3 emulator. Try RPCS3 for emulating PS3 games.

No chance, buddy. PPSSPP is strictly for PSP games. PS3 games need a PS3 emulator like RPCS3.

As a person who's tried this route, I can tell you it's a no-go. PPSSPP focuses on PSP games. Try RPCS3 for PS3 titles.

Simply put, PPSSPP won't run PS3 games. You need RPCS3 for that. Trust me, I've been down this rabbit hole.
