As a long-time gamer, I've found that the only feasible way to play PS5 games on PC without owning the console is through the Remote Play app. Just install it on your PC, connect to a PS5 console over your network, and you're good to go. But you'll need access to a PS5 for this to work.
Honestly, just get a PS5. The experience is meant to be on the console, and streaming services aren't quite there yet.
Check out PlayStation Now for cloud gaming. It's not perfect, but it's getting better and lets you enjoy a decent library of games on your PC.
