Just launch RDR2 while connected to the internet, then go to Steam's settings and select 'Go Offline.' You'll be able to continue playing without an internet connection!

You can play RDR2 offline on your Steam Deck by starting the game while you're online and then switching your Steam client to offline mode from the settings. Happy gaming!
