You can't really play Sims FreePlay directly with friends, but you can visit their towns and check out their Sims and houses. Make sure you're connected through Facebook in the game to see your friends' creations!
Just FYI, Sims FreePlay doesn’t support multiplayer. You can visit friends’ towns via Facebook, but that’s about it.
The game doesn't have a multiplayer feature. You can visit and interact with friends' towns but can't play together in real-time.
From my experience, the best you can do is link your game to Facebook and visit your friends' towns. It's not multiplayer, but it's fun to see what they've built!
