Alright, so to make Sonic Mania full screen, just go to the Options menu, select Video, and then switch to Fullscreen. Easy-peasy, and you get the whole hedgehog experience!

Just hit ALT+ENTER while playing the game, and it should toggle to full screen. Worked for me every time!

Honestly, if it's not running in full screen, just check the settings. Boom, problem solved.
