Splatoon 2 has a mode called "Salmon Run" where you can team up, but it's not available offline. However, you can use the local wireless option to play with another person if you both have a Nintendo Switch and a copy of the game.

Sorry, no offline multiplayer in Splatoon 2. You'll need to connect online or play in separate consoles locally.
