Steam and Xbox are like oil and water; they don't mix directly. BUT, there's a workaround using streaming. Use the Xbox Console Companion app on your PC to stream your Steam games to the Xbox. Just keep expectations in check; it's streaming, not native play, so your mileage may vary with the quality and responsiveness.

You can't directly play Steam games on an Xbox, as Steam is a PC platform and Xbox runs on its own operating system. However, you can stream Steam games from your PC to your Xbox using the Xbox's Wireless Display app. Just make sure both your PC and Xbox are on the same network, open the Wireless Display app on your Xbox, and connect your PC to project the games.

Nope, you can't natively play Steam games on an Xbox. Different platforms, different ecosystems.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
