Subnautica doesn't officially support multiplayer, but you can try the Nitrox mod! It allows co-op play but might be a bit buggy.

No official multiplayer for Subnautica, but you can use the Nitrox mod. Just search for Nitrox Subnautica Mod and follow the setup instructions.
