Just hit 'Create Server!' Invite your pals, set the rules, and go all out! Private matches are the best way to avoid randos.
To play on private servers, you can either make one yourself by creating a server or join a friend's private server by using their IP address in the console.
Console command: connect [IP address]. Done.
Go to the 'Browse Community Servers' option in the main menu. You'll find tons of servers to join, including private ones if you have the right IP or invite!
