Just dive in and start playing! Terraria's charm comes from figuring things out as you go. Sure, gathering resources and building a safe spot before nighttime is crucial, but part of the fun is learning by doing (and dying, lots).

Honestly, just build a giant fort and hoard every item you find. You'll figure out the rest later.

Starting Terraria is like jumping into a massive sandbox. First thing, chop down trees for wood, and don't be shy to dig underground for ores and other materials. You'll need these to craft your first set of tools and a shelter to survive the first night. From there, explore biomes, fight off baddies, and talk to NPCs that move in to get quests and items. The game's about crafting, exploration, and building, so let your creativity loose!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
