Starting Terraria? Here's the quick low-down: First, create your character and world. Once you're in, the first thing you'll want to do is chop down trees for wood, which you'll use to craft a workbench, then tools and a simple house to protect you from the night's monsters. Explore, mine, and remember to upgrade your gear as you go. Keep an eye on your health and mana, and don't forget to build a shelter before nightfall. The Guide NPC is your friend for crafting recipes and tips!

tbh just dig. You'll find cool stuff the more you dig. And when in doubt, keep digging. Monsters? Dig around 'em. Lava in the way? Dig a detour. Terraria's all about those tunnels and finding treasure in the dark, weird places.

Don't underestimate the power of the guide NPC. Saved me more times than I can count when I started out. Always check in with him if you're stuck or need to know how to make something.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
