You can play Tetris on the terminal by installing a version of Tetris called 'bastet'. Just run `sudo apt-get install bastet` and then type `bastet` to start playing.

Just use `telnet` like the early internet days! Type `telnet playtetris.com` and bam, you're playing Tetris in your terminal. Retro vibes included.

Try `ninvaders` if you鈥檙e on Linux! It鈥檚 like Tetris but with invaders. Install it with `sudo apt-get install ninvaders` and then run `ninvaders` in your terminal.

You could also clone a Tetris repo from Github and run it directly in your terminal if you鈥檙e up for a bit of coding adventure.

Download and run something called `vitetris` if you鈥檙e on a Unix-like system. It鈥檚 lightweight and looks great in the terminal!

If you're a Tetris player looking for extra power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Tetris essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
