Nope, you can't. Valorant is an online-only game, so no offline mode with bots to practice. Best way to get better is to jump into online matches and learn from the experience!
Valorant doesn't have an offline mode or a way to play with bots outside of the practice range. It's strictly an online game. You'll need an internet connection and to play against real players or with them, not bots.
