How to play Valorant on Ubuntu
Running Valorant on Ubuntu needs a bit of wizardry since it's not natively supported. First thing, you'll need Wine or a compatibility layer like Lutris to run the Windows version of Valorant on Ubuntu. However, the big hiccup comes with Vanguard, Valorant's anti-cheat system, which doesn't play well with Wine or Linux in general. People have tried various workarounds, but as of my last check, there wasn't a foolproof method to get it running smoothly due to Vanguard. Your best bet is to keep an eye on forums and communities for any breakthroughs or consider dual-booting with Windows for a hassle-free Valorant experience.

Just don't. Valorant and Linux don't mix well because of the Vanguard anti-cheat system. You're better off with a Windows dual-boot if you're serious about playing Valorant without any headaches.
I somehow managed to get Valorant running on Ubuntu by using a virtual machine with Windows installed. It's not ideal since you lose some performance, but it's a workaround to play until there's better support. Just make sure your PC specs can handle it!
