Unfortunately, Valorant doesn't support cross-region play directly due to its server structure. But, you can play with friends from other regions by creating a new account in their region. Remember, you'll have to deal with higher ping and potentially a new Valorant Points (VP) balance, since VP purchases are region-locked.
