Playing Valorant with an Xbox controller isn't officially supported by the game since it's a PC exclusive and designed for mouse and keyboard. However, you can use third-party software like reWASD or JoyToKey to map your controller buttons to keyboard and mouse actions. Just keep in mind, it might put you at a disadvantage against mouse and keyboard players because of the precision aiming required.

I've tried using an Xbox controller with third-party apps, and while it's doable, it's a whole different game. Aim assist is non-existent in Valorant, so expect a rough time lining up those headshots compared to mouse players.

Honestly, just stick to mouse and keyboard. Valorant's gameplay relies heavily on precision and quick movements, which you can't get the same level of control with an Xbox controller. It's not worth the hassle.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
