Find the building blocks in the 'Toddler' section of the Home Store, place them, and then have a toddler Sim click 'Play with Blocks.'
Just tap on the building blocks in any Sim's inventory, and select 'Play with Blocks' – it's that simple!
Honestly, you just need to buy the blocks from the Home Store, toss 'em in the house, and let your Sim at it.
