Currently, Snipperclips is designed for 2 players or up to 4 players in Party Mode, but not specifically for 3 players. So, grab an extra friend, or maybe one of you can take turns being the referee!

You can try sharing controllers. Have two players each hold one Joy-Con, and the third can assist vocally. It's not designed for it, but hey, creativity!
