There’s no true multiplayer in The Sims FreePlay, but you can visit your friends’ towns by linking your game to Facebook. Swap design ideas!
Honestly, the game doesn't really focus on multiplayer. Just visit friends' towns via Facebook for some indirect interaction!
Unfortunately, The Sims FreePlay doesn't support real-time multiplayer. However, you can log in with Facebook to visit friends' towns and interact with their Sims!
From my experience, there's no way to play with friends in real-time. You can check out their towns if you connect through Facebook, though!
