Played Terraria with my friends last weekend. We used Steam, super simple. Just create a game and invite them from your Steam friends list. If you're on consoles or mobile, someone needs to play the role of the host, and the others can join through the in-game multiplayer option. Make sure your internet connection is stable, or you might face some laggy demons, literally!

Just host a server or join theirs. No biggie.

Playing with friends on Terraria is all about setting up a multiplayer game. You can do this either through Steam if you're playing on PC or by connecting directly through the game's multiplayer option. On Steam, just right-click your friend's name in your friend's list and select 'Join Game.' Easy peasy! For console or mobile, one of you needs to host the game, and the others can join through the multiplayer menu by selecting the host's game.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
