Try using the Xbox 360 SmartGlass app. It lets you navigate your console and play media, but it's not a full substitute for a controller in games.

You can use a wired keyboard or mouse with your Xbox 360 if it supports it. Just plug them into the USB ports, but don't expect a smooth gaming experience for all games!
