You need to have the backward compatibility software installed on your JTAG Xbox 360. After that, insert the original Xbox game disc, and it should work just fine!

First off, make sure your JTAG Xbox 360 has the latest backward compatibility update. Then just pop in your original Xbox game disc and let the nostalgia begin!
