Try using an Android emulator like BlueStacks or Nox Player. Install Instagram on it and post your story from there.
If you're using Chrome, switch to the mobile view with Developer Tools (Ctrl+Shift+I, then Ctrl+Shift+M). You'll get the same options as on your phone.
