You can post multiple photos with different sizes by selecting the carousel option. Tap the 'Select Multiple' button on the bottom right when you’re uploading photos, and Instagram will automatically crop them into squares, but you can adjust the crop for each photo individually!

Resize them beforehand using an editing app to fit Instagram's dimensions, then upload as a carousel. It's a bit more work, but worth it!
